System access is strictly gated and permitted only to individuals possessing legal majority (18 years or older). Platform participants bear sole accountability for:

  • Supplying uncompromised, factual data during the initiation phase.
  • Ensuring zero-trust security regarding their private login credentials.
  • Instantly reporting any perceived security breaches to our infrastructure team.

Platform Dynamics & Execution Only Mandate

Immediate FastX operates as a premier technological conduit, supplying market telemetry, charting interfaces, and algorithmic indicators tailored for various asset classes, including foreign exchange and digital assets.

Strictly Non-Advisory Nature

All resources, metrics, and insights delivered via the platform are fundamentally informational. Immediate FastX expressly disclaims the provision of investment, tax, or legal advisory services. We do not operate under a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license in Singapore; therefore, all executions are performed entirely at the user's discretion.

Inherent Market Exposures

Engaging with speculative markets carries an intrinsic and profound risk of total capital depletion.

  • Extreme Volatility: Valuations can experience drastic, unpredictable systemic shocks.

Strictly Banned Activities

Platform privileges will be instantly revoked if a user is found:

  • Integrating unauthorized scraping scripts or malicious automated trading modules.

Liability Constraints

To the absolute limits permitted by the statutes of Singapore, Immediate FastX categorically disclaims liability for fiscal damages, profit forfeiture, or operational latency stemming from market volatility, telecommunication failures, or user misinterpretation of platform data.

Jurisdictional Authority

The mechanics of this agreement shall be interpreted and enforced solely under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Singapore. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent tribunals located within Singapore.
